After a month of massacres in the Lebanon, when the Israeli armed forces have already killed a thousand civilians, destroyed generating plants, powdered milk factories, bridges roads, prevented aid to come, pursues its killing and attacks in the Palestinian Terrritories, France joins the USA in allowing Israel to finish its filthy job!
Under the cloak of diplomatic help, the Americano-French draft, which imposes neither a cease-fire nor the withdrawal of Israeli troops from the Lebanon, is in effect a new manner of collaborating with the terrorism of the state of Israel. Sending a « multi-national » force to the Lebanon, a remake of the evil scenario of 1983 after the Israeli invasion in1982, has as its aim the defeat of the resistance to the occupation in the Lebanon and in Palestine.
A Resistance which is currently inflicting a stinging defeat on the most powerful armed forces in the Middle East, on a state which spreads death and states that it dos not care if it annexes part of the south of the Lebanon and fire and blood in Syria and Iran.
Israel, a religious state founded on unequal rights, directed by fanatics who have been allowed to have nuclear weapons while other countries are told to do without any means of defence, constitutes a serious danger for peace in the world.
We must insist that our leaders stop immediately from collaborating with a state which continues an illegal occupation for dozens of years, and calls for the disarmament of those who resist this occupation, while violating all United Nations Resolutions.
Shameful and cowardly United Nations, totally manipulated, which has not even condemned the assassination by Israel of its own troops (the four Blue Berets of Finul) and which has not expressed its views at the kidnapping by Israel of elected representatives of the Palestinian people, including the President of the Legislative Council just lately.
Let us demand :
– the cessation of any Franco-Israeli military collaboration
– the boycott of all Israeli institutions and products
– The Right of peoples to self-determùination
– the Liberation of all the hostages kidnapped by Israel
– bringing to court all charges of the war crimes committed by the Israeli government

French « Arab policy » is an empty and misleading expression. The French government maintains good relations with the most backward Arab régimes, the oil monarchs of the Gulf in particular, customers for arms and other contracts, with the oppression imposed by these régimes (such as dictatorships and the oppression of women in Saudi Arabia) should cause it any concern.
On the other hand, the support for Israel is steady. The Facts speak for themselves.
-The French government has taken no account of the Resolution of the European Parliament in April 2002 suspending the economic cooperation agreement with Israel, for Israel’s failure to respect human rights
-The French government has taken no account of the Judgment of the International Court of Justice (July 2004) considering illegal the construction of the « Separation Wall » annexing Palestinian land
-The French government, which has supplied Israel with technology leading to nuclear arms, supports the development by French firms (EADS, Thalès, Dassault) with Israeli firms of the sinister drones (pilotless aircraft) which fire missiles at the Palestinian and Lebanese populations
-The French government gives its blessing to French firms (Alstom, Connex) which is building the colonial tramway which is to link Jerusalem with Jewish colonies in the West Bank
-The French government supports the Israeli lobby in France and its blackmail relating to anti-semitism :
— The Ligue de Défense Juive and the Betar, Jewish extreme right-wing militia, who are allowed to parade and would whomsever they wish (including a senior Police Officer in 2002) ; They are guaranteed impunity
— The French government authorises on its soil operations in favour of war-crimes known as « galas » on behalf of the Israeli armed forces
— The frontier-guard Klarsfeld, who has taken part in the criminal occupation of the Palestinian Territories is an « adviser » to to a Miniuster of the Republic (Sarkozy) ; the same Sarkozy who brings to France chiefs of the Israeli Police to give lessons in « keeping order » to the French Police
— The French government drags before the courts personalities such as Edgar Morin (Philosopher) or Jean-Claude Willem (former Mayor of Seclin) and has them convicted for anti-semitism for having dared to criticised Israel
— The government allows notorious racists such as Alain Finkielkraut to hold posts in public service because they are the proponents of Israeli propaganda in France
Accepting this is to accept that might is right, which would crush us all

I ask you to intervene to stop all collaboration with Israeli state terrorism. You were not elected to encourage occupation by Israel, nor its massacres. Why do you arm a State which rejects all internationa laws and human rights ?
