Suivant l’exemple de Serge Grossvak, qui s’est adressé au ministre français de la justice après les propos mensongers qu’elle a tenus à un dîner du CRIF, pour lui dire « Moi aussi je participe au boycott des produits israéliens, inculpez-moi ! », un manifeste vient d’être lancé et peut être signé par tous ceux qui refusent la criminalisation de cette action salutaire.
Déjà 250 signatures en une première demi-journée, vendredi !
Manifeste BDS.
Je m’adresse au gouvernement français et en particulier au Ministre de la Justice, pour les informer que je participe au boycott des produits de l’occupant israélien des territoires palestiniens, et refuse ainsi de me rendre complice des crimes commis par l’Etat d’Israël contre un peuple sans défense, et en violation totale du Droit International dont le droit humanitaire.
Je l’avoue, je participe au boycott des produits de ce pays aujourd’hui guerrier, conquérant et oppresseur, de ce pays abdiquant toute morale.
Je l’avoue, c’est de toute ma voix et de tout mon cœur que je participe à cet acte de résistance, qui est un acte pacifique et raisonné.
J’élève ainsi ma voix contre l’indignité des crimes commis, et la pratique des colonies afin d’amener l’Etat d’Israël à renoncer à la colonisation.
Face à l’inertie des autorités françaises et européennes, qui se refusent à prendre des sanctions à l’encontre d’un Etat qui commet des crimes de guerre et des crimes contre l’humanité, j’estime qu’il est de mon devoir moral de porter assistance à un peuple en danger.
Face à une colonisation qui se poursuit depuis des décennies, en violation de nombreuses résolutions de l’Assemblée générale des Nations Unies, face à la construction d’un mur jugé illégal par la Cour de Justice Internationale de la Haye, à l’emprisonnement et à l’assassinat de milliers de femmes d’hommes et d’enfants, je réponds à l’appel lancé par la société civile palestinienne, en participant à la campagne de Boycott, de Désinvestissement et de Sanctions (BDS) visant l’occupant israélien.
Comme pour l’Afrique du Sud du régime d’apartheid, le boycott me semble le seul moyen pacifique de faire respecter les droits de l’homme et le droit international, sans lesquels nous sommes menacés par la loi du plus fort, c’est à dire la barbarie.
Je cesserai de boycotter l’Etat d’Israël et ses produits quand il cessera de boycotter le peuple palestinien, de l’emmurer, de le priver de ses droits fondamentaux, de nourriture, de travail, de libre circulation, et de son droit à l’auto-détermination.

This manifesto launched on Friday afternoon (February 26) and addresed to the French ministry of Justice, has already been signed by more then 250 people, by the end of the day.
They claimithey boycott Israel and will keep doing so. This comes
– after the condemnation of our friend Sakina in Bordeaux this month for having put a sticker « Boycott israel » on a bottle of orange juice in a Carrefour supermarket (she is making an appeal against this decision)
– after the big lies of our Prime Minister and our Ministry of Justice who said in their speeches in front of Jewish institutions (CRIF), one week ago, that we were attacking Kosher products
– after one of us (Serge Grossvak) made a public statement saying he wanted to be sued by the government too, because he has participated in boycott actions.
BDS Manifesto
I am addressing this to the French government and especially to the Minister of Justice, to inform them that I participate in the boycott of goods produced by the Israeli occupier of the Palestinian territories, and, in so doing, refuse to become an accomplice in the crimes committed by the State of Israel against a defenceless people, and in total violation of international law as well as humanitarian law.
Yes, I participate in the boycott of products from this war-waging, conquering and repressive country that has abandoned all morality.
Yes, it is with my voice and my soul that I take part in this act of resistance, an act which is reasoned and peaceful.
In this way, I raise my voice against Israel’s disgraceful crimes and its pursuit of the settlements, in order to induce it to renounce colonization.
Faced with the inertia of the French and European authorities, who refuse to impose sanctions on a State which commits war crimes and crimes against humanity, I consider it a moral duty to lend assistance to a people in danger.
Faced with a colonization that has gone on for decades, in violation of numerous Resolutions of the United Nations General Assembly, faced with the construction of a wall ruled illegal by the International Court of Justice in The Hague, faced with the imprisonment and murder of thousands of men, women and children, I am responding to the appeal launched by Palestinian civil society by participating in the campaign for Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) aimed at the Israeli occupier.
As in the struggle against South Africa’s apartheid regime, I consider the boycott to be the only peaceful means to impose the respect for human rights and international law, without which we are threatened by a law of might over right, which can only mean barbarity.
I shall stop boycotting the State of Israel and its products when it stops boycotting the Palestinian people, walling them in, denying them their fundamental rights and depriving them of food, employment, freedom of movement, and their right to self-determination.
