Nous vous informons d’une action de protestation que nous avons menée samedi 27 octobre contre une initiative indécente prise en catimini par la Mairie de Paris : l’installation au sein du parc de Bercy, dans le 12ème arrondissement de Paris, de 3 grandes photos représentant les trois soldats israéliens fait prisonniers dans la Bande de Gaza et au Liban.

Nous vous invitons à protester contre ce soutien à une armée d’occupation et à exiger de la Mairie de Paris le retrait de ce panneau scandaleux. Appelons également l’ensemble des élus, à commencer par Monsieur Bertrand Delanöé, à demander au gouvernement israélien la libération des 11 000 prisonniers politiques palestiniens pris en otages, parmi lesquels les 45 députés kidnappés et emprisonnés en Israël, après les élections législatives de janvier 2006 en Palestine. نرجو منكم الاحتجاج بدوركم على هذا الدعم لجيش احتلال ومطالبة بلدية باريس بسحب هذه اليافطة الغير محبذ بها من المنتزة المذكور أعلاه.
والتقدم بمطالبة مجموع أعضاء بلديّة باريس وعلى رأسهم رئيس البلديّة برتراند دولانوي لدفع حكومة اسرائيل على اطلاق سراح الاحدى عشرة ألف سجين سياسي فلسطيني ومن بينهم الخمسة وأربعين نائبا فلسطينيا مخطوفين ومحتجزين في اسرائيل بعد انتخابهم بشكل ديمقراطي في فلسطين في شهر كانون الثاني من عام 2006

نحن الآن في منتزه بيرسي الواقع في الدائرة الثانية عشرة من باريس
وما تشاهدونه أمامكم ، في منتصف المنتزه، تم وضعه في التاسع عشر من شهر تشرين الثاني الجاري برعاية برتران دولانوي رئيس بلدية باريس وتمّ افتتاحه بحضور نائبة الدائرة من الحزب الاشتراكي الفرنسي ساندرين مازوتييه. وبحضور ممثلين عن ال « كريف ».
ولدى زيارته ال باريس للطلب من ساركوزي مساعدته في مشروع الحرب ضد ايران يوم الاثنين الماضي، جاء رئيس وزراء اسرائيل أيهود أولمرت الى هذا المنتزه لالقاء التحية على هذه الصور.
ماذا تمثل هذه اليافطة ؟ وماذا كتب عليها؟
الى جانب ختم بلدية باريس، نقرا جملة « باريس تتحرك من أجل… » تحتها ثلاثة أسماء مع صور لثلاثة رجال يرتدون اللباس المدني وتحت كل صورة كتب جملة « مخطوف من تاريخ… »
من هم هؤلاء الرجال : هل هم مواطنون فرنسيون ؟ هل هم مدنيون ؟
هذا ما يراد من وراء تعليق هذه اليافطة، لكن وراء ذلك عملية خداع كبيرة جدا.
فهؤلاء الرجال هم جنود، وتحديدا جنود جيش الاحتلال الاسرائيلي، وقد القي القبض عليهم خلال خدمتهم العسكرية في اراض ليست لهم وتحديدا في غزة وفي لبنان. هؤلاء هم جنود جيش يقوم بجرائم حرب، يقصف مدنيين، ولا يتورع في اطلاق النار على أشخاص بدون دفاع.
بيننا، الآن هنا، صحفي فرنسي أصيب بشكل خطير عام 2000 في رام الله بما معناه في الاراضي الفلسطينية المحتلة في حين كان يقوم بمهمته كصحافي وكل المعطيات تؤكد انه اصيب بشكل مقصود لكنه لم يتمكن لغاية الان من الحصول على تعويض عطل وضرر.
اليوم نرفع صوتنا عاليا وبشكل رسمي للقول لا ليس صحيحا ان باريس تتحرك لاجل مساندة جنود جيش احتلالات هدفه زرع الموت والخراب في جزء كبير من هذا العالم في فلسطين، لبنان، العراق، واليوم يريد الحرب ضد المدنيين الايرانيين.
ولكننا في باريس وغيرها نتحرك للمطالبة بالافراج عن احدى عشرة الف 11000 سجين سياسي فلسطيني وبينهم مثات النساء والاولاد و طبعا بينهم خمسة واربعون 45 نائبا فلسطينيا منتخبين بشكل ديمقراطي ومخطوفين من قبل اسرائيل منذ أكثر من عام وهم لغاية الان محتجزون في سجون الاحتلال الاسرائيلي, دون ان تحرك حكومتنا في فرنسا ولا رئيس بلدية باريس دولانوي اصبعا او يرفعون احتجاجا من اجل اطلاق سراحهم.
أمامكم نعلق لائحة تحتوي على خمسة واربعين 45 أسم للنواب المحتجزين. ماذا ينتظر زملاؤهم من نوابنا الفرنسيين للمطالبة بالافراج عنهم.
نذكّر بان الحكومات الفرنسية والاوروبية والعالمية ارسلت مراقبين للانتخابات الفلسطينية عام كانون الثاني 2006 والذي تم خلالها انتخاب هؤلاء النواب المحتجزين رغم اعتراف كل هذه الحكومات بالمسار الديقراطي الصحيح للانتخابات.
ماذا ننتظر للمطالبة بالافراج عنهم وعن جميع المحتجزين من الفلسطينيين القابعين في سجون الاحتلال واللذين يحصلون على ابشع انواع التعذيب لانهم رفعوا صوتهم مطالبين بوضع حد لاحتلال بلادهم.
كيف تقبل فرنسا التي تعتبر نفسها موديلا ورمزا للديمقراطية، فرنسا التي تجبر طلاب مدارسها على قراءة رسالة كتبها شاب مقاوم للاحتلال لحظة اعدامه، كيف تستطيع فرنسا هذه دعم الاحتلال الاسرائيلي الذي يدوم منذ عشرات السنين مع كل ما يتخلله من بشاعات التعذيب والابعاد وضم الاراضي.
نطالب اللذين وضعوا هذه الصور بشكل سري كالحرامية وبأموال دافعي الضرائب اي بأموالنا، سواء كانوا مسوؤلين في بلدية باريس أوفي بلدية الدائرة الثانية عشرة، نطالبهم بالغاء هذا الرمز الاحتلالي المذري.
هؤلاء الرجال الثلاثة، لو قاموا برفض الخدمة في جيش احتلالي يقضم كل حين اراضي لا يمتلكها، كان بامكانهم تفادي وقوعهم في ايادي المقاومين لهذه الاحتلالات، وبالتالي تفادي حصولهم على لقب أسرى حرب.

Dear friends,
We wish to tell you of the act of protest which we carried out on Saturday 27th October against an indecent initiative carried out in secret by the Paris Municipality: the intallation inside the Parc de Bercy, in the 12th arrondissement of Paris of three large photos showing the three Israeli soldiers taken prisoner in the Gaza Strip and in the Lebanon.

We inviteyou to protest against this support for an army of occupation and to insist that the Municipality of Paris withdraw this scandalous hoarding. Let us also call on all elected officials, starting with Mr Bertrand Delanoë, to ask the Israeli government to liberate the 11,000 Palestinian political prisoners taken hostage, including the 45 Members of Parliament kidnapped and imprisoned in Israel, following the parliamentary elections of January 2006 in Palestine. Here are the coordinates of some of them as well as the tran slation into English and Arabic of the speech made on 27th October during this act of protest.

SPEECH :
We are now here in the Parc de Bercy in the 12th arrondissement of Paris.
And the thing that you see before you, this object set up in the middle of the park, was put there last week on Friday 19th October on behalf of the Paris Municipality and in particular of its Mayor, Bertrand Delanoë who came here to inaugurate it, with the Member of Parliament for the constituency, Sandrine Mazetier (also from the Socialist Party), as well as the CRIF (the representative body for French Jewish institutions). Ehud Olmert, the Israeli Prime Minister, recently welcomed by Sarkozy whom he asked to help him in his proposals to attack Iran, also came to greet these photos.
What is it all about? What can one read on this sort of monument set up in the middle of the park? Next to the symbol of the Paris Municipality there is written in large letters « Paris supports … » And below are the photos of three smiling men, in civilian clothing, and underneath their photos the caption « held since such and such a date ».
Who are these men? French hostages? Civlians like Ingrid Bettencourt? Everything would make one think so and that is the monstrous swindle.
For these men are soldiers, soldiers of an occupying army, the Israeli army, taken prisoner while they occupied territories other than their own, in their case Gaza and the Lebanon. They are men from an army which commits war-crimes, bombs civilians and which does not hesitate to fire upon defenceless people.
Here among us is a French journalist who was seriously wounded by these Israeli soldiers in 2000 in Ramallah as he was doing his job as a reporter. And everything goes to show that it was a deliberate act, for which he has still received no compensation.
We therefore make an official protest against this lying statement: NO ! Paris does not support and does not wish to support this occupying army which does everything to spread chaos and death in a whole region of the world: in Palestine, in the Lebanon, in Iraq and wishes now to attack the people of Iran.
On the other hand, in Paris and elsewhere, we do support the liberation of the 11,000 Palestinian political prisoners, who include hundreds of women and children. Among them in particular are 45 democratically elected Palestinian Members of Parliament kidnapped by Israel over a year ago, who are held as hostages in Israeli prisons, without even the slightest protestation on the part of our government or of Mr Delanoë.
Here is the list of the 45 names of these Members of Parliament. For what are their French colleagues waiting to ask for their liberation? We have sent French, European and international observers to ensure the democratic running of the parlaimentary elections in January 2006, which brought these Palestinians (here is the list) to the Parliament.
For what are we waiting to insist on their liberation as also that of all the other Palestinian hostages gathered up, tortured and imprisoned by Israel because they said no to the occupation of their territory?
How can France which wishes to be a model of democracy, France which has had read to all its secondary pupils the letter from a young man who died resisting occupation, carry on supporting the Israeli occupation which has lasted for so many years with its accompanying atrocities, expulsions and annexations.
We demand the withdrawal by those who set it up so discretely, like thieves in the night, in the Town Halls of Paris and of the 12th arrondissement, using tax-payers’ money, our money, this ignoble symbol of an occupation which dares not even admit what it is.
If these three men had refused to serve in an army of colonisation and occupation, by invading territories which did not belong to them, then they would not have fallen into the hands of the resistance, and they would not have become prisoners of war. If they had taken as their examples their brave compatriots, those called refusniks, such as Yoni Ben Artzi and others, they would also have represented the honour of their country, and we would have been happy today to salute their portraits in the park.

Nous sommes en ce moment à l’intérieur du Parc de Bercy dans le 12ème arrondissement de Paris.
Et ce que vous voyez devant vous, cette installation au milieu du parc, a été mise en place la semaine dernière, vendredi 19 octobre, à l’initiative de la Mairie de Paris et en particulier de son Maire Bertrand Delanoé qui est venu l’inaugurer, avec la députée de la circonscription Sandrine Mazetier (elle aussi du PS), ainsi que le CRIF. Ehud Olmert, le premier ministre israélien, accueilli récemment par Sarkozy auquel il a demandé de l’aider dans ses projets d’attaque de l’Iran, est venu lui aussi ici saluer ces photos.
De quoi s’agit-il ? Que peut-on lire sur cette espèce de monument dressé au milieu du parc ? A coté du sigle de la Mairie de Paris, il y a en gros caractères « Paris se mobilise pour »
Et en dessous trois noms et la photo de trois hommes souriant, habillés en civil.
Et sous leurs photos, la mention « retenu depuis telle date ».
Qui sont ces hommes ? Des otages français ? Des civils comme Ingrid Bettencourt ? Tout le laisse croire et c’est là une monstrueuse escroquerie.
Car ces hommes sont des soldats, des soldats d’une armée d’occupation, l’armée israélienne, faits prisonniers alors qu’ils occupaient des territoires qui ne sont pas les leurs, en l’occurrence Gaza et le Liban. Ce sont les hommes d’une armée qui commet des crimes de guerre, bombarde des populations civiles, et qui n’hésite pas à tirer sur des personnes sans défense.
Ici, parmi nous, un journaliste français, a été grièvement blessé par ces soldats israéliens en 2000 à Ramallah, c’est-à-dire dans les territoires palestiniens alors qu’il faisait son métier de reporter. Et tout prouve qu’il s’agit d’un acte délibéré, dont il n’a toujours pas obtenu réparation.
Nous élevons donc une protestation officielle contre cette affirmation mensongère : NON ! Paris ne se mobilise pas et ne veut pas se mobiliser pour soutenir cette armée d’occupation qui essaie de semer le chaos et la mort dans une grande partie du monde : en Palestine, au Liban, en Irak et qui veut maintenant attaquer la population iranienne.
Par contre, à Paris et ailleurs, nous nous mobilisons pour la libération des 11 000 prisonniers politiques palestiniens, parmi lesquels des centaines de femmes et d’enfants.
Il y a notamment parmi eux 45 parlementaires palestiniens démocratiquement élus et kidnappés par Israel il y a plus d’un an, qui sont détenus en otages dans les prisons israéliennes, sans que notre gouvernement, ni Monsieur Delanoé n’élèvent la moindre protestation.
Voici la liste des 45 noms de ces députés. Qu’attendent leur collègues députés français pour demander leur libération ? Nous avons envoyé des observateurs français, européens, internationaux s’assurer du déroulement parfaitement démocratique des élections législatives de janvier 2006, qui ont amené ces Palestiniens (montrer la liste) au Parlement.
Qu’attendons-nous pour exiger leur libération comme celle de tous les autres otages palestiniens raflés, torturés, emprisonnés par Israël parce qu’ils disent non à l’occupation de leur territoire.
Comment la France qui se veut un modèle de démocratie, la France qui fait lire à tous les lycéens le lettre d’un jeune homme qui est mort en résistant à l’occupation, peut-elle continuer à soutenir l’occupation israélienne qui dure depuis des décennies avec son cortège d’atrocités, d’expulsions et d’annexions ?
Nous exigeons le retrait par ceux qui l’ont installé en catimini, comme des voleurs, au sein de la Mairie de Paris et de celle du 12ème arrondissement, et avec l’argent des contribuables, avec notre argent, de cet ignoble symbole de l’occupation qui ne dit pas son nom.
Ces trois hommes, s’ils avaient refusé de servir une armée de colonisation et d’occupation, en en envahissant en permanence des territoires qui ne lui appartient pas, eh bien ils ne seraient pas tombés dans les mains de la résistance, et ils ne seraient pas prisonniers de guerre. S’ils avaient pris pour modèles leurs courageux compatriotes, ceux qu’on appelle les refuzniks, comme Yoni Ben Artzi et d’autres, ils auraient en plus représenté l’honneur de leur pays, et nous serions heureux de saluer aujourd’hui leur portrait dans ce parc.
